Towards a sustainable future: ethical strategies and solutions for the sustainable development of society

This research was based on a qualitative methodological approach, employing a systematic review of the scientific literature published between the years 2017 and 2023, with the aim of examining ethical strategies and solutions for sustainable development. The primary purpose was to discern how ethical practices can promote sustainable development in various sectors and how organizations can incorporate principles of social responsibility into their operations. The most significant findings indicated the critical importance of ethical strategies to enhance long-term sustainability and foster a culture of responsibility within organizations. It was found that the establishment of ethical policies not only facilitated the mitigation of adverse effects but also contributed to the reduction of inequalities and the promotion of social justice. Previous research, such as that conducted by authors like, emphasized that ethics in corporate decision-making has positive repercussions both on economic performance and social cohesion. Additionally, the analysis revealed that the ethical solutions implemented in business management processes enable organizations not only to optimize their reputation and efficiency but also to strengthen their bond with the communities in which they operate. In summary, the research concluded that ethical strategies are essential for sustainable development and that their implementation has the potential to generate a positive transformation in organizations and societies, aligning them with the Sustainable Development Goals. These practices have a positive impact on society.
